Making a 2 pound " Dontchaletcher " Meat Loaf and some Mac and Cheez

with a pan of fresh green beans for dinner tonight. Had to get an early start

so I wouldn't miss GH. Don't poke fun! It's the only paranormal show carried

here! /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

If you weren't off on an island somewhere, I'd pop over for dinner! /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

I'm about to settle in to some left over pasta w/mild sausage & meatballs, garlic bread and some barefoot red wine. I add garlic & onion powder, oregano and some italian seasoning to the pasta as it's cooking along w/some evoo. I know how to make my own tomato sauce but cheated as I was in a rush and used Newman's own Sockarooni jarred sauce. Quite tasty. Monkette and I had a quiet candle light dinner w/soft music vino and me serving as cook & waiter, she thought it was hysterical and cute /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Monkette and I call it taco smell or just "the smell". Orange, v8 juice and a bowl of multigrain cheerios w/soy milk…

Did 10.6 miles on the tough setting today, burned 1086 calories and 338 fat calories in an hour.
