Anybody a fan of great guitar players? I got to meet Eric Johnson after one of his shows in Knoxville. Really nice guy.

Didn't see this thread. I have bumped to endless known people in Manhattan. Anyone, that works in Mid-town does. So, it's not odd. But, a couple of them I have spoken to. Ruth Gordon, I spoke to, for a while. And, Andy Warhol, about a couple of months before he died. I still have his sig on my wall. Trump near my office. My husband have had many people speak to him while in college. He worked part-time at JFK Airport at a candy store. But, the one major person we dealt with on a daily basis was Andrew Cuomo. He's the head of HUD now. His father Mario Cuomo was big in Queens, NYC at the time. Andrew lived upstairs from us in a co-op building that my husband was the President of the Board of Directors. He was selling his co-op and needed my husband to interview the new owner for his approval. So, my husband's sig are on the papers.

I was at a Dodger game when I was a kid, and we saw John Ritter sitting not to far behind us.

I was at Dodger Stadium for the Michael Jackson "Victory Tour." I was sitting on the field for the concert. (Nothing like seeing 40,000 people on their feet rockin' out.) Anyway, sitting next to me was Ray Parker, Jr. of "Ghostbusters" theme song fame.

A portent of things to come?

Who are you going to call? GHOSTBUSTERS!!!!!

Cool thread.

I'm a retired police officer. OJ Simpson used to live in my jurisdiction when he was with the Buffalo Bills. Went to his house a number of times, met his "then" wife, and kids. Hard to believe with all that has happened, but he was a nice guy. I almost shot Reggie McKenzie, but that's another story…

Had dinner with Frankie Valli (lead singer The Four Seasons).

Stopped Cher's limo one night – she was in it, but very quite. My business was with the idiot that was driving.

Met Bob Hope, and went on Air Force One when Nixon was President (Nixon was not on the plane at the time, so technically it was not Air Force One when I was on it – but he was visiting the base at the time).

I met Richard Dean Anderson and Amanda Tapping when they were working on Stargate SG-1.

Anybody know about "Howdy Doody?" I spent some time talking with Bob Marion (Buffalo Bob Smith) when he was doing some local promos – he started his career here.

I could go on…

Nope, I think he outgrew it! LOL

I can't believe I totally forgot this one! My husband is going to be in a movie with Julia Ormond.

Going on the presidential plane has my vote for the winner. (Not that this is a contest /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' /> )

I flashed my husband at an Aerosmith concert long before he knew me. He remembered it so long he married me.

Oh wait – wrong thread.

This is quite interesting. I was flashed at an Aerosmith concert. Perhaps you might elaborate.
