My big word:

recrudescence – The random reappearance of the smell of poop.

Used in a sentence:

She was shocked by a sudden recrudescence as she walked by the bathroom.

I've always been partial to "tintinabulation" n, the ringing or sounding of bells.

Used in a sentence: The tintinabulation echoed in such way that made one marvel at the acoustics of the small, rustic church.

Okay – well my first definition was total bull crap. The actual meaning of recrudescence is a re-emergence.

In a sentence: Swine flu is experiencing a recrudescence throughout the Southern states.

My word today:

sententious – given to excessive moralization

She quit the church because she got tired of the sententious nature of her fellow parishoners.

Pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism (n)

an incomplete form of pseudohypoparathyroidism, marked by the same constitutional features but by normal levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood serum.

It is unfortunately that Pynki can't eat MK's cooking because it just might cure the her pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism.

Quattuorquinquagintaquadringentillion- (represented by a 1 with 1365 zeroes after it), is the natural number between a tresquinquagintaquadringentillion (a 1 with 1362 zeroes after it) and preceding a quinquaquinquagintaquadringentillion (a 1 with 1368 zeroes after it)

Usage

Sorry MK, but that has been disproved one quattuorquinquagintaquadringentillion times.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

(used as a nonsense word by children to express approval or to represent the longest word in English.)

My wife likes saying Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious because for some reason I can't say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious like she does.

Where's your sentence?

Okay then.

"Dawkins found himself one unhappy vampire. He was crepuscular in nature, but could no longer prowl the misty, foggy edge between dusk and dark, and darkness and renewing sunrise without peril to his immortality."
