Definitely a hoax...

My husband is buying the costume they used in a Bigfoot hoax in 2008 for Halloween this year. In fact, they may have had the other one for this particular video clip footage for last year's hoax. If you go back to "costumes" and scroll down, you'll see the white one (abominable snowman), too.

Could it be a hoax? Of course. Then again any video of something that is not known can be picked apart based on fallacies in filming and morphology of what was captured at least this one had some reports of recent sighting to back it up which also could have launched the perpetraters to begin with.
