I really enjoyed reading about Michelle Pillows investigation of the Orpheum Theater in Wichita, KS. She heard her first EVP after the data was analyzed which was really impressive. In the article, she quoted what the EVP said and I was wondering if she left two of the words blank in the article because they were cuss words or because they were unintelligible. Anyone know? Anyhoo, I only live about 2 hours from this place and because of the article I think I'll plan a trip to see a show soon. They are playing Princess Bride (only $5 to get in!). I just love old buildings where they have restored and maintained beautiful architecture. Thanks for sharing your experience at the Orpheum Michelle!

Michelle pops in from time to time. I'm sure when she does she'll answer your question!

This is the coolest response! /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Thank you! You'll have to let me know what you think of the place. Be sure to look above the stage at the fire curtain. It's beautiful. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Yes, the theatre is a great location. As for the EVP, it was left blank because we heard words, we just couldn't say for sure what the words were saying. Instead of reporting a guess, I thought it best to leave the blanks.

I write books. I take pictures.

I see, best to leave it out if you're unsure. Good to know that they are maintaining and restoring this building, I'm looking forward to visiting the Orpheum (I will check out the fire curtain for sure).

I really enjoyed the short but sweet retelling of the James Herriot story. I have read a couple of his books about dogs but never came across the story of the feral cat, Debbie and her Christmas gift. Thanks for including that in the magazine, it brightened my day.
