WOW! It's been a really bad couple of weeks for Hollywood!

Archaeology is the peeping Tom of the sciences. It is the sandbox of men who care not where they are going; they merely want to know where everyone else has been.- Jim Bishop

Sad! Street Car Named Desire, and On The Water Front.

Great classic movies, he was in!

Learning of his death I said that was one ugly fellow, and then I looked into a mirror.

It is amazing that he lived to 97, but what is really amazing is the fact that he was married for 70 years. His wife is still alive. I can't imagine living with someone for 70 years, and then finding myself alone. My sympathies are with his wife.

OH wow, that probably doesn't happen very often. I can only imagine what she must be feeling.

Awww…that is sad. But wow – 70 years. Is there anything you wouldn't know about that person after that time?

That's what his commercials were! Jim and I were trying to figure out who he was the spokesman for today. Jim, of course, said American express. I, of course didn't believe him. I haven't been right in seven years.

Let's also not forget that he was a veteran of WWII.

They just don't make them like that anymore! /sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />
