        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Details are still sketchy on this one, he was found dead in his home by friends who said they&#39;d not heard from him for a few days.  It was widely known that he was devastated after the court ruling went against them for borrowing some of the melody structure that represent the flute section for Men At Work&#39;s big hit &#34;Down Under&#34;.</p>
<p>	Not a good day to be a celebrity...Dick Clark yesterday, Levon Helm, Greg Ham, and Jonathan Frid today (technically Frid and Ham were only REPORTED today).</p>
