He was the City Administrator for the City of Moose Lake MN. He was one of my favorite clients. Despite his chronic and serious health problems, he was funny and always made me laugh and had an uncanny way of reminding me of what really matters. He had a lung replacement a few years ago and he was enjoying life. He died peacefully on March 12th. I'll miss the Mooseman. Rest in peace, Dave, now you can breathe.
