<p>	Darwin Linn&#39; wife, Martha, says he died Friday at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. He was 74.</p>
<p>	The Daily Nonpareil newspaper in Council Bluffs reported Linn&#39;s death on Monday. Funeral services are pending. A website for the &#34;Villisca Ax Murder House&#34; says tours of the home are suspended for the week.</p>
<p>	Linn bought the house in 1994.</p>
<p>	Josiah Moore and his wife, Sarah, and their four children and two neighbor girls were killed on June 10, 1912. The house has been featured in books and documentaries about hauntings, and is a popular spot for paranormal investigators.</p>
