At this point in my life, narcotics are long gone from my repertoire, but when I was indulging in them, I knew what to stay away from and I survived. When the parties I was attending went from smoking pot and snorting coke, to smoking crack and snorting heroin, I stopped partying. Clearly the time had come to move away from that scene and unfortunately I lost a few friends who couldn't pull themselves out in time….and let me tell you death can be the better alternative to what some of these people turn in to; zombified, grotesque caricatures of themselves. These people that just leap blindly into that sort of behavior may NOT realize it but they DO have a death wish.

They said he had an enlarged heart, they would contribute the edema. In other word, his lungs wouldn't work properly. Drugs could also exacerbate this.
