Oh my gosh I just heard. I couldnt believe it! I heard it in a chat and had to go check it out. Sure enough. At 8am this morning there was a call…..I would have never seen this one coming.

This is another one like Heath Ledger for me. Very shocking, yet I don't understand quite why. I liked her as an actress, but it's not like I knew her personally. Still, this one makes me feel sad.

Very sorry to hear about this.

Imagine there's no heaven, it's easy if you try.

I think this death, like Ledgers, was shocking to me and others because they were both very young. Though, I was also shocked about Michele Jackson. Lot's of Celebs have been dying this year. I wonder why.

so sad, I believe if she had lived she would have been in the class of Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock, she just needed more time. I'm afraid the Hollywood lifestyle took her waaaay too early RIP Brittany,,,

Very sad, so young.

I agree Cowbud, I think the Hollywood lifestyle is the problem that many have.

It's a shame.

Unless she has a family history of heart issues, I predict a mixture of stuff like Heath.

In one of her recent pictures, she looks almost anorexic. I wonder if that might be it?

I know she used to be bulimic/anorexic. That can have serious affects on your heart, long-term. That fact that she died of cardiac arrest at 32 could be a significant giveaway there.

Still, very sad.

I was just thinking drugs, but someone mentioned this to me today, and it does fit. I had a friend die that way in school she was 14 and died of cardiac arrest, anorexia caused. Of course, at that time we didnt know anything about anorexia.

Brittany's husband just passed away recently.

Strange events, Brittany's mother found him dead in the same room she found Brittany.

Reports of he wanted to die, and had a heart attack right after Brittany's death.

Supposed heart attack was the cause of death.

Sad, they both were so young.

Oh that very sad. And so soon after, and he was young as well. I also feel horrible for her mother though. Finding them both like that. She must be a wreck.

There is something very odd going on there. It would appear that there are two camps of thought going on from some the early reports I'd seen. Apparently Murphy's father & brother were/are estranged from "Team Murphy". Her mother and husband were still living together in Hollywood (or wherever)? They've said initially that he had defective heart valves, perhaps even a hole that needed repair? The brother was immediately in the press saying some REALLY insensitive things and alluding to some shady behavior going on. I don't know ANY of the players involved in this tragic series of events, but SOMEONE REALLY needs to take a close look at what the hell is going on there. Alot of fishy stuff, but then isn't that the way of things in HELL-A? There are a lot of shady individuals in the entertainment biz and there have always been tragic stories of these nature. Britney Murphy never impacted my world in any way, I was neither a fan or critic of her work, talent or anything else….to me she's just another in a long line of young, fragile movie starlets who were devoured by the system, spat out when their flavor was gone and trampled under foot in the rush to find the "next thing". Yet another sad reminder of the times we live in, it happens every day in every city in this country, the spotlight was on her because of her "fame".
