Book: Spirit Faces: The Truth About the Afterlife
Author: Mark Macy
Genre: Paranormal/Spiritual Nonfiction
Rating: 3-1/2 stars out of five
In Spirit Faces: The Truth About the Afterlife, author and ITC researcher Mark Macy shares Polaroids he has taken of people in the presence of something called the luminator. Macy – and many others – believe that many of the anomalies found in the Polaroids show the faces of those who hover around his subjects in spirit.
The book has been around a while, but it makes it no less interesting. As a matter of fact, we interviewed Macy for our spirit photography issue of Paranormal Underground back in March of 2009.
In his book, as he is in interviews, Macy is sincere in what it is he is trying to do. He has long been involved in ITC research. Macy firmly believes in the other side, and he believes that we can become better human beings by making a connection with the other side and realizing that we are so much more than we experience ourselves to be in human form.
The photographs Macy uses in the book are interesting and he lays out his case well. The interpretation of the photographs is, as always, up to the reader.
Spirit Faces: The Truth About the Afterlife is definitely a book worth checking out if you haven’t already. In it, Macy makes an interesting case for life on the other side. Whether your conclusions match Macy’s or you arrive at your own conclusions, you’ll do a lot of thinking along the way.
