Paranormal Underground e-Magazine
When Cheryl initially contacted me to write for the magazine, I turned her down. I blogged about it here. I was busy – it was soccer season, I was working full-time.
A lot has changed in the past year. I went from turning Cheryl down flat to where I am today. Blogging, podcasting, writing, editing, marketing, Webbing. Paranormal Underground is my passion, and I believe in where it is headed.
It’s been a big year. From the very first issue, Cheryl and Chad have put out a quality product. And with each issue, we’ve built on that very first one. Now look at where we are. Zak Bagans, arguably one of the biggest stars in paranormal television, is our cover boy. We have talked to amazing industry professionals like NWPIA, Lisa Abney & Steven Raebel of HSPR and Laura Locke. While they may not be on television, they are stars in their own right – working in the trenches of paranormal investigation and truly making an attempt to further a field of study that is, in my opinion, in its infancy.
We’ve talked with some pretty well-known names, as well. Shannon Sylvia. Keith and Sandra Johnson. Zak Bagans.
And the stories we’ve told. From scary cryptids and haunted boxes to the story of Jeff Keene, who may very well be the reincarnation of a Civil War general. We’ve gone to haunted places, told you stories of investigations, explored UFO phenomena and brought you the latest on cutting edge equipment being field-tested. Oh – and we keep throwing quantum physics at you, too.
It started with Cheryl, Chad and JD. They were kind enough to allow me to come on board after I turned them down flat. I don’t think that any of us – or any of the other wonderful writers and editors at Paranormal Underground – realized where we would be in just one short year. Kind of makes me wonder where we will be a year from now. I don’t quite know, but I do know this. We are going places. We have goals. And we have a passion for what we do – bringing you a balanced look at the unexplained. That, we know, we will continue to do.
Thank you to those who have come along with us for the ride. Without our readers, we wouldn’t be where we are. Without our readers, we won’t get where we are going. You are as much a part of our team as everyone else. Thanks for joining us. We couldn’t do it without you.
