Are we alone? It’s a question for the ages. To me, it seems the height of arrogance to believe that we are the only intelligent life in the universe, especially given its size and intricate design.

For me, the question isn’t so much are we alone, but rather are they here?

Are human beings really being abducted by aliens? That is what we have focused on in the February issue of Paranormal Underground.

To tell you the truth, I’ve never spent a lot of time pondering this question. I always just assumed that we weren’t alone in the universe. And the alien abduction thing? It’s difficult to say. Researching my article was the first time I ever looked into the subject in depth.

One thing that I found interesting is that many psychologists, including Harvard’s Dr. John Mack, find that those who report experiencing the abduction phenomenon are as mentally sound as the rest of us. And then there’s the whole similarity in accounts thing. Makes you wonder. On the other hand, why would aliens abduct humans? And how could it happen so frequently without more people being aware of it?

So what’s really going on here? For me, the mystery remains. As usual, I find myself a fence sitter. I don’t believe. I don’t disbelieve. I’m open to the data. I look forward to learning more.
